I am a certified BRM® pro. I weave this training and my experience supporting births into my yoga teaching and life. 

Incorporating movements from the 5 pillars of Body Ready Method® during pregnancy can support a more efficient birth, reduce pregnancy aches and pains, optimize recovery, 
minimize unnecessary abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction, and optimize pelvic floor responsiveneness.
